Licenses
I. Valid CRT Mammo license

**Valid ARRT Mammo license is not required but recommended

II. Documentation of number of mammograms performed

* 200 documented mammograms for 2 year period prior to inspection, or the last date of employment

III. CEU documentation

* 15 mammogram/breast imaging CEU’s for the 3 years (36 months) prior to starting employment
* A printed certificate with a signature and the name of the certifying body or a printout from the
ASRT of the units
